In my book no holiday to Florida is complete without a visit to at least one of the many theme parks on offer. During my recent holiday to Veranda Palms in Kissimmee I managed to squeeze in several essentials trips to Disney, SeaWorld and Universal Studios which saw me needing a welcome break from the fun packed theme parks. A trip to Sarasota Beach was on the cards, armed with my suntan lotion, shades, camera and a straw hat I headed off in pursuit of sun, sand and sea!
