The dining area offers a good sized dining table and chairs that look out through large glass windows over the balcony and gardens. The living room is bright and airy has direct access through sliding doors onto a delightful private balcony which overlooks the impressive communal gardens. The balcony is the perfect spot in which to sit and relax with a book and your favourite drink or one of the lovely pastries from the nearby bakery.
The 2 comfortable bedrooms are well furnished and have air conditioning which is a major advantage during the hot summer months. Both bedrooms are serviced by the well appointed modern bathroom with its impressive, tiled, walk in shower.

I spent here 18 days and I must say, I was more than happy! The apartment was clean, everything was new and worked fine - even the beds were great. Just a short walk to bars and restaurants and it took five minutes to go to the beach. The balcony wasee more

I´ll highly recommend this apartment - even if it´s not cheap. Ten points!

Apartment is modern and spacious with everything you would need and more for a relaxing holiday. Third time I have booked with the owner, Sue, who is so helpful, organising taxi pick ups etc. Nothing is too much trouble and she even leaves you a welcome pack of goodies in the fridge. Excellent all round and would thoroughly recommend to others.

Il est calme même s'il est sur une rue passante à cause de sa cour et des arbres. Le balcon est petit pour quatre mais on peut y prendre nos repas, nous aimions y déjeuner. L'appartement est bien équipé et les produits de base sont là. Nous avions tout ce qu'il fallait pour y prendre notre premier déjeuner plus une bouteille de vin et quelques breuvages.La propriétaire est avenante, disponible pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour de huit semaines.

There was some bread, eggs, butter, milk, even some beer and a bottle of Cava in the fridge for us. The location is nice and quiet, yet right in the centre of town, just a couple of minutes to the beach and Paseo Maritimo, which is a lovely beach front walk all along Fuengirola and full of bars and restaurants. There is free WiFi included which kept the kids happy, and was useful for staying in contact with friends. The balcony/terrace area is small, but perfect for a couple to enjoy breakfast on as we did most mornings. It gets the sun from morning to evening. the bedrooms are spacious with good storage. The hot water tank is a little small meaning quick showers if 4 people need to shower. The apartment is very easy to get to, being only a 5 minute walk from Fuengirola train station. If you do not need pool, which we did not in December, or you prefer the beach this a really nice modern quiet apartment close to everything you need. I have been to Fuengirola several times, and like it so much I am buying my own place there. I would recommend the apartment, and if I don't buy my own I would happily stay here again. Thanks for great stay. |
