This two storey villa has been lovingly decorated and furnished by its owners. Much of the furniture has been shipped over from Thailand and it really is quite beautiful. The open plan living and dining room has a large, comfortable corner sofa and a lovely solid wood dining table with seating for 6. There is also a log burner if it ever gets cool enough for you to need to use it! The living room is air conditioned for those hot summer months. There is access onto the terrace from the living room. The 65" TV has 100 English Channels for you to watch and the Villa has Wi-Fi.



The kitchen is well equipped and it has a breakfast table with seating for 4 as well as breakfast bar seating for two. All appliances are fitted and a washing machine is housed in the separate utility room.



On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning to keep you nice and cool; there are 2 double rooms and a twin room. Two of the bedrooms have TVs and they all have plenty of wardrobe space. These rooms share a large family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and bidet. There is also a separate guest WC on this level.



On the first floor you’ll find the impressive master bedroom with 43 inch smart TV, en-suite bathroom with spa bath, air conditioning and huge king size bed and lots of storage space.



On the lower ground floor of the villa there is an enormous gym and games room with cardio and weights equipment, a pool table, table tennis and electronic darts board. There is also a shower room down here you can use after your workout. The wine cellar can be found down here too (wine not supplied unfortunately!)



The covered dining terrace outside the villa is huge. There is a gothic style wooden dining table to seat 12 and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Steps take you down to the lawned garden and private 10x5m pool that is easily accessed via Roman steps. There is plenty of sunshine or shade and the garden is very private. To keep cool there is alos an outdoor shower in the garden.

This bedroom overlooks the garden and swimming pool and has French windows that take you out onto a lovely terrace.



The living areas are also accessed from the entrance hall, double doors lead into the sitting room which has a magnificent marble fireplace. French windows lead from the sitting room onto the terrace which is ideal for drinks with family and friends. The formal dining room is well furnished and is easily accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen is clean and bright and has all modern conveniences including an electric oven and grill, gas hob and oven, microwave and fridge. A utility room next to the kitchen houses the washing machine.


The marble staircase leads upstairs to 2 large twin-bedded rooms, both with fabulous en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. One of the bedrooms has French windows that lead out onto the upper terrace which again has great views of the manicured grounds. The marble interior staircase cascades down to the garden and large mosaic private pool where sun beds, barbecue and terrace await. At night the lights around the pool make it a lovely place to relax. There is also a useful WC and washbasin in a little outhouse by the pool.



The two gates off the street are electrically operated. The parking level for the cars is on a lower level to the street,
