A wonderfully large, well-equipped holiday villa that offers excellent value for money for large families traveling together.
The villa has a spacious open living and dining area with seating for all guests. The lounge has a comfortable "L" shaped sofa overlooking the wall-mounted flat screen TV and also benefits from the heat offered by the fireplace for cooler evenings. The dining room has access to a wonderful sun room with fantastic views which then leads out to one of the villas' terraces. The lounge also has access to this terrace.
The striking modern fitted kitchen has all appliances including a dishwasher, American fridge and washing machine. Lots of kitchen utensils and crockery are also available.
On the ground floor of the villa there are 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 well-equipped bathrooms and a large balcony.
On the lower floor there is a detached air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment with living room with SMART 42" Samsung TV, small kitchen, a double room and a twin bedroom. There is also a shower room on this floor and direct access to the pool terrace and gardens.
Outside there is plenty of room to relax on the sun loungers or cook a delicious meal on the grill. There is plenty of outdoor seating with large umbrellas to offer shade during meals. For extra fun there is a pool table. The fabulous outdoor kitchen is the perfect place for some Al Fresco cooking and a great point to grab and hang out.
There are balconies on all 3 levels of the villa so you can find peace and quiet and take in the stunning views and sunshine wherever you are. The heated private pool has both Roman steps that lead into the shallow end for easy access.
There is a shaded pergola terrace area that is perfect for sitting and relaxing with a book and a drink. The pergola is adorned with grape vines. The sun terrace and pool receive the sun all day with a south facing aspect.

This newly decorated and furnished luxury villa is a beautiful holiday home for large groups of family or friends. The views from the property are some of the best we have seen and we’re sure most of your holiday will be spent outside enjoying the large pool and fantastic views!
The inside of the property is very well presented with modern, fresh décor throughout. You enter the villa on the ‘upper floor’ where you will find a newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher wine cooler 60" TV underfloor heating, and plenty of space to prepare meal around an island setting. Coffee Machine, Ninja Air Frier, American fridge freezer : ice maker, plus the usual.
There is breakfast seating here and also comfortable sofa seating, so you can socialise while you cook, the whole area opens up to the balcony offering 180 degree views over the coast towards Africa.
There is a dining room adjoining the kitchen that has further table seating for 8. Outside there is further dining seating for 12, either on the shaded terrace, on the pool terrace. An ideal spot for a BBQ!
The living area leads out onto the terrace on this level, which overlooks the pool and the glistening Mediterranean beyond. The living area has a huge corner sofa, perfect for relaxing on. There is a TV with many channels (inc UK) and the property also has excellent, high speed WiFi which extends all over villa and pool should you want to stream TV on your laptop or tablet.
On the entrance level there are two private bedrooms. The master bedroom adjoins the kitchen and this large room has walk-in wardobes, smart TV, a Juliet balcony with amazing views out to sea : over Mijas / Fuengirola and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and spa bath.
Bedroom 2 is another double room which leads from the lounge. There is plenty of storage space in this room. This room has an adjacent WC and has a private entrance leading out a private terrace and gardens, very peaceful room.
There is a massive games room in the villa with a pool table, table football, table tennis and an exercise bike; something to keep everyone entertained.
Steps lead down from the kitchen to the lower level of the house that has direct access to the pool and terraces.
On this level there are four further bedrooms. There is a large double room with en-suite bathroom; a further double bedroom at the far end of villa which has French doors opening onto the terrace / outdoor kitchen with magnificent views to wake up to ! There is also a twin room and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed, sleeping a maximum of four. There are two further bathrooms on this floor as well.
There is also a second lounge area that opens out onto the pool terrace; this is a great space for the kids to play or chill out, with a home cinema DVD system there with about 100 dvd’s to watch.
The outside of the villa offers plenty of space to relax. There are 6 sun loungers by the pool and plenty of dining seating, both in sunshine and shade, a BBQ for preparing meals al fresco, luscious gardens with avocado, lemon, fig, limequat, kumquat and orange trees. To the side of the villa is a beautiful covered terrace that enjoys the morning sun and offers views to the Mijas mountain range to one side and the coast on the other, particularly nice in the Summer heat to escape and cool down but still to enjoy the stunning vistas, keeping an eye on the goings on at the pool too !
The lower gardens are extensive with lots of space for ball games !
Villa enjoys the sunrise to the left hand side of pool and sets to the right hand side of the pool - gives the pool side of the villa sun throughout the day !
NB a very common comment from guests is;
“wow, the pictures don’t do this place justice”
It is a very special place……

This is a lovely villa air conditioning is wonderful. Pool is very clean and warm.
The sun beds could do with being straighten up.
I sewed up the umbrellas as they had six corners coming away, I had my sewing kit with me.

The .marble staircase down to the bedrooms Should have a hand rail on the wall for safety. If these things are done it would be a great villa. The shops are very near 15mins walk down and 15mins up. Villa exactly as described, very private with lovely heated pool and terrace. Marie was very friendly and welcoming , any minor issue was sorted out immediately. Short 10 min walk to the shops and beach, a bit of an uphill climb on way back, but taxis readily available and very cheap. 'Pepes' Restaurant, 5 min walk from the house, good food, good value, friendly service, we ate there twice. Overall, highly recommend this Villa and location, we would certainly book again if returning to this area.

The location is perfect for walking into the closer part of town but an uber or a hire car is needed for the walk back up it is really unwalkable on foot. There was also building work going on right next to the villa we did try to make the best of it but being woke up at 6.30 am every morning with building noise is not really what you want from your holiday ! would have been nice to have been advised about this and given the opportunity to relocate our villa.

A fantastic stay in July 2022. The villa was the best equipped we have ever had (and we have visited many). It honestly had everything a group of 14 needed.The welcome we received from Marie was lovely and included snacks and wine, much needed after an early start. The fridge has an ice making and filtered water facility which saved us having to carry heavy bottles from the supermarket. Air con in all the bedrooms was most welcome and the many bathrooms meant there was no queuing in the mornings. The pool area was ideal for a large family and the many areas to sit out meant we could get shade when we wanted.An easy 10 min walk to the beach, supermarket and many restaurants. Although we did travel to the picturesque Mijas and into Fuengirola there was no need if you don’t want to. The train station was very handy and the cost minimal to travel. A Bolt App was useful for cheaper taxis. We hope to revisit this villa soon and would highly recommend it to anyone. The only minor point it was a little dated in some areas outside but it is very clean and comfortable

Beds were all super comfortable, air con in every room was a treat also. We spent many days lazing by the pool admiring the view and embracing all Spain has to offer. The fact we had ice and water through fridge was also amazing. I honestly loved our stay all 10 of us did. There is absolutely every reason to book and stay here. The little apartment next to pool was brilliant we used it every day. Maria keep being a fabulous host and letting people rent your villa it is wonderful. Thanks for a lifetime of fabulous memories. |

The large dining room table was perfect for our family meals and we especially liked all the different outdoor seating areas, not to mention the wonderful heated swimming pool. It was very convenient being so close the station, the seafront and local supermarket and cafes; and we didn’t mind the stiff climb back up the hill at all, but a car is essential for getting to the bigger shopping areas and exploring.

The villa was very beautiful and clean the owner and his son were top rate his son took us up to the villa and made sure we were ok we had a very bad storm which knocked off the elerictic and the owner came up to check that we were ok ,his son camesee more

We recently stayed at this villa with our two children and had a wonderful time. The pool and views were amazing. It was lovely to sit outside on the terrace with a drink in the evenings! It is a short drive to Fuengirola and Benalmadena; which are good for shopping, restaurants, Sealife centres and the Bioparc etc. The owner of the villa was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We all agreed we would like to come back to stay at this villa again and would definitely recommend it!
