This superb villa was newly built in 2014 and is occupies an end plot meaning you have no neighbours to the rear of the property and you can enjoy peace and quiet when relaxing by the pool. This large villa has bags of space to relax; watch TV; swim the private, heated pool; or play a game of pool or table football in the fully equipped games room. There are three living areas in the home; a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and separate dining area; 5 bedrooms and 4 bathroom, plus a guest WC. On the first floor there is also a further living room ‘chill out area’ with a sofa bed, sink, fridge, microwave and closet. This can be used as a play area, or another bedroom for 2 guests.



The pool deck has a shaded seating area and space to relax in the sunshine too. You can have peace of mind with a child safety fence around the pool and Roman steps into the water also make it easier to get in and out of the pool. The pool can be heated for a small extra cost. The villa also has a BBQ.

There is driveway parking for 2 cars to the front of the property.
