This spacious, modern 6 bedroom villa is the perfect family vacation home. On approaching the villa you will see a large driveway, plenty big enough for two cars, and a well-maintained front garden.



Entering the home, there is a tiled entrance hall and to the left of this is a beautifully furnished living and dining area. The whole home has been tastefully decorated in relaxing, muted colours and the comfortable furnishings throughout will really make you feel at home.



The entrance hall leads through to the open plan family room with living room, dining room and kitchen. The living space has a large TV with cable channels and a huge sofa to relax on.



The kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. There is also a separate utility area with washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has breakfast bar seating and there is also a family breakfast table with seating for 4 by the patio doors that lead out to the pool deck.



The pool deck has a child safety fence to give you peace of mind during your stay. There are four sun loungers to recline on and an outside dining table. Guests also have use of a gas BBQ grill. The pool is covered with a lanai and can also be heated at extra cost, so guests can use this all year round. There is also an integrated spa at the end of the pool where you can relax and unwind.



On the ground floor of the property there is also the luxurious master suite with king size bed and en-suite bathroom.



Opposite the master suite is a guest WC and entry to the garage which houses a fully equipped games rooms with table tennis, pool table and table football.



Going up to the first floor, there is another large family space on the landing with TV and sofa seating that makes a great play area for children, or simply somewhere to relax. There is also a desk here for those needing to catch up on work while they are away.



There are 5 bedrooms on this level; 2 double rooms with queen size beds, 2 twin rooms and a room with bunk beds, plus a trundle bed. All of the bedrooms in the home have 42 inch TVs and air conditioning. The queen sized bedrooms upstairs have en-suite bathrooms and one of the twin rooms also has its own bathroom, whilst the second twin and triple room share a family bathroom which is accessible from the landing.
