Fantastic 4 Bed Holiday Villa with Private Heated Pool, in Mijas La Nueva (Sleeps 8)

A fabulous 4 bedroom villa rental that has been furnished to a great standard with all home comforts including UK TV, wireless internet and air conditioned bedrooms. The pool area is great with lots of room to relax on sun loungers.

The villa is well located on the picturesque 'Mijas la Nueva' urbanisation which has 2 communal pools and tennis courts that can be used free of charge. There are 2 local bars serving food within a few minutes walk and the traditional Andalusian village of Mijas is just 15 minutes' walk away with its abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants. Lively Fuengirola with its golden sandy beaches is a 15 minute drive from the villa.

The villa is split over 2 levels with plenty of space for 8 guests to relax in comfort. The living area is open plan and has comfortable leather sofas to lounge on in front of the TV, which has Sky Freeview channels. There is also a log fire for winter evenings. The dining area is next to the living room and there is seating for 6 around the table. Patio doors let in lots of light and offer views over the garden and pool area.


The modern kitchen is well equipped with all modern appliances including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, hob and oven. The washing machine is in a separate utility room which also houses an iron and ironing board.

The first of the 4 bedrooms can be found on the ground floor. This air conditioned room has a double bed, dressing table with large mirror, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. There is also access on to the terrace from this room.

There is a downstairs bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC.

Upstairs there are 3 further bedroom; there is the master bedroom with king size bed, balcony access and en-suite bathroom, a further double room which also has balcony access and a 4th bedroom with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. All rooms are air conditioned. The views from the first floor balcony are breathtaking!

There is a further guest WC on the first floor so all bedrooms have their own bathroom facilities.

Outside, the villa is just as attractive with well kept gardens and mature trees. You can even pick your own delicious juicy oranges from the trees. The kidney shaped pool is 9m long and can be heated in cooler months (optional). On the terrace there is a traditional charcoal BBQ and plenty of space to sit and dine or just soak up the sun.
