To keep everyone entertained and relaxed there is a table tennis table, gym and weights area and basketball hoop. This villa really is something special.

This delightful villa is beautiful both inside and out. On the approach to the villa you can see this double fronted, imposing building in all its glory. There is plenty of space to park on the secure driveway at the front of the house.



On entering the house you arrive in the impressive entrance hallway which has marble flooring and a sweeping solid wood staircase leading to the galleried landing. An archway leads from the hallway through to the living room.



The living room is a large room with patio doors that lead out to the south-facing terrace. The room is furnished with 2 comfortable leather sofas and a coffee table. For these rare cooler evenings there is also a very cosy log burning fire. There is a large plasma TV with DVD player.



The open plan kitchen/diner has a table to seat 10/12 guests and the modern kitchen has all appliances from a dishwasher to a toaster. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you will need during your self catering holiday. Doors lead out from the kitchen to the terrace, making it convenient to dine al fresco.



On the ground floor you will find bedroom 4, making this an ideal villa for those with anyone in the group who don't want to tackle the stairs all the time. This room has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes and bedside table with lamp. This room also has a brand new en-suite shower room with walk-in shower. All of the bedrooms are furnished to an excellent standard and have air conditioning. There is a cloakroom on this floor with WC and washbasin.



On the first floor, there are 3 further bedrooms. The master suite has a super king-size bed, wardrobes, balcony access and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with corner bath. There is also a double room and a twin room on this floor which share a large family bathroom.



On the lower ground floor there is a large bedroom with two king-size beds to sleep a further 4 people. This room also has a pull out bed that can be made into a king-size bed meaning 14 guests can be accommodated in total. This room also has a brand new en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower.



Also on this lower ground floor you’ll find a fitness room with cardio and weights equipment. For those of you needing office space while you are away there is a handy ‘nook’ in the basement with desk space and broadband access. Another shower room with a walk-in shower has been installed on this floor.



Outside there is plenty of space to relax on the south-facing terrace or take a cooling dip in your private heated pool. The pool has wide roman steps to help with entry and exit. There is plenty of room around the pool to stretch and and soak up the sun or play a few rounds of table tennis. A new external pool full bathroom and a brand new exterior kitchen with all appliances you need.



The mature gardens and terraces are furnished with tables, chairs and loungers and there is also a BBQ. This amazing villa offers unobstructed views down to the coast and lush mountains that surround you. This is the perfect spot for total privacy and relaxation.
