This stunning 4 bedroom, recently refurbished villa with private pool is located in a very desirable urbanisation, just a short walk from Mijas Pueblo.

This large family villa has an open plan living and dining area and recently fitted kitchen. There is a flatscreen TV with a multitude of channels and internet to keep you entertained. There are four bedrooms; All of which have en-suite bathrooms. The villa has two bedrooms in the main house, one studio apartment with kitchenette and bathroom; and a fourth en-suite bedroom is accessible from the pool area. All bedrooms have direct access to the pool and gardens as well as air conditioning.



This spacious four bedroom villa has well-proportioned accommodation comprising of a bright, open plan living area with views over the gardens, mountains and the Mediterranean. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a TV with all chanels, DVD player, music player, and fibre optic internet access. The TV has IPTV so there is a good range of channels available.



There is a large dining table to seat 8 people with lovely views over the gardens and pool and plenty of further outside dining seating outside on the terrace.



The kitchen has been recently remodelled, is fully fitted with all the appliances, crockery and glassware you need to make your self-catering holiday as easy as possible.



There are two bedrooms in the main part of the property, accessible from the entrance hall. Bedroom one with double bed has an en-suite bathroom, bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bedroom 2 also has it's own shower room. Both of these bedrooms have access onto the garden and pool terrace.



As you approach the property there is a second entrance right next to the front door and this leads to bedroom three; a double bedroom with en-suite and a small kitchenette. This room also has access to the gardens.



Bedroom four is accessed from the garden and this room also has twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with access to the gardens. All bedrooms have air conditioning.



Outside, this villa is truly impressive. open and covered terraces and The large garden offers plenty of space for children to run around and the private 8m x 4m pool is perfect to cool off in. The views of the mountains and sea from the garden are breathtaking. There is a gas BBQ and dining seating so you can enjoy dining al fresco. The front of the property is secured by gates and there is driveway parking for up to four cars.
