This newly refurbished first floor apartment provides a wonderful base to explore Fuengirola and the Costa del Sol area. This apartment has been furnished to a high standard and boasts excellent facilities including a swimming pool (solar heated in winter), outdoor shower and Jacuzzi available to all guests. The ground floor houses a small gymnasium and sauna making it ideal for keeping fit and relaxation.
This tastefully decorated 1 bedroom apartment comprises of a full bathroom and a well equipped modern American style kitchen. The spacious light and airy open plan living room with dining area opens out onto the spacious terrace. The terrace is a spectacular space for relaxing and overlooks the stunning gardens with the large swimming pool and impressive sea views to behold.
The living room has a sofa bed and can sleep an additional guest if required. The apartment comes with Free Wi-Fi
The bedroom is a good size and offers a double bed with balcony access. The bathroom has a walk in shower where you can relax after a hard day down at the beach.
Guests who are landing at Malaga airport between 08.00 and 20.00 hrs. will be met by the representative at the property. Should arrival in Fuengirola be after 20.00 hours a taxi will be organised and the driver will take the keys. Client to pay the driver directly.

The dining area offers a good sized dining table and chairs that look out through large glass windows over the balcony and gardens. The living room is bright and airy has direct access through sliding doors onto a delightful private balcony which overlooks the impressive communal gardens. The balcony is the perfect spot in which to sit and relax with a book and your favourite drink or one of the lovely pastries from the nearby bakery.
The 2 comfortable bedrooms are well furnished and have air conditioning which is a major advantage during the hot summer months. Both bedrooms are serviced by the well appointed modern bathroom with its impressive, tiled, walk in shower.

The apartment has undergone a refurb since my last visit with the bathroom beautifully remodelled and the kitchen replaced and very fresh. The whole apartments is light & airy with a terrace the size of which could compete with the living rooms of some UK homes and is very comfortable to laze away an afternoon reading a book. The apartment has everything required for a great stay - getting some washing done before heading home was a bonus. In summary, I love this apartment and the Torreblanca area and I will most definitely return next year for another break. |

The apartment is furnished to a very high standard, home from home, and the pool is never busy, some days just ourselves and don't have to reserve a sunbed. The train station is 5 minutes away and a short walk down the hill is the main road and beach. There is a good stocked supermarket a short walk away through the station.
We have stayed in Sue's apartment on numerous occasions and returning back in September. A great apartment in a lovely complex and resort. |

The apartment is ideally located for the train station and is only a 5 minute walk down to the seafront. Thanks to the apartment being fitted with security shutters to the balcony doors the place feels really safe and secure in the gated complex. It was very quiet in the complex during our recent stay and we had no problem in securing loungers by the communal pool to relax during the afternoons. Many thanks to Susan for her attentive service during our stay. Would heartily recommend for anyone taking a break to the resort

Having stayed at various apartments in the Costa Del Sol (some not so good) we found Sue's apartment a few years ago and we are so pleased we did. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard and has everything you would need. It is in a very peaceful location, near to the train station, a supermarket and a very short stroll to the bars, beach, and shops. Torreblanca has a lovely seafront, not overcrowded like neighbouring resorts and a beautiful beach, again not overcrowded. We love the pool area, plenty of sunbeds and a lovely pool. Most days we were on our own.
Sue is in always at hand if there are any problems (very rare) and the welcome pack of groceries is a bonus. No need to go out to the supermarket as soon as you arrive! Also she can arrange for a taxi to collect you at the airport and for your journey back. This leaves you to enjoy your holiday without having to worry about getting back to the airport. We book the apartment twice a year and are hoping to maybe fit an additional one in future years. This apartment will not disappoint. |

Perect if you want the quiet of Torreblanca, the slightly busier feel of Los Boliches or the shopping and local feel of Fuengirola.

The apartment is set in beautiful well kept gardens with a very inviting spotless pool and then as for the apartment itself , honestly the photos do not do it justice . This spacious fully equipped apartment with a huge balcony is totally amazing and Sue (the owner) has thought of everything you could possibly need & much more to make your stay absolutely perfect . This is the second time we have stayed here & I honestly say it will not be the last !!

We were there only two days when returning from the beach we saw that the beautiful gardens were being dug up by very noisy diggers, we phoned Sue the owner and she was round within half an hour and apologised, Sue had no idea this work was starting and she asked us if we would mind moving to one of her villas, she was so very sorry for the inconvenience, the villa was called Erina, we stayed there many years ago with our children and loved it so much we could not believe we were to return there. Sue is a wonderful lady truly professional, she is at the end of a phone call for your every need we can not praise her enough.
Villa Erina is a beautiful villa, spacious, all the amenities you could wish for, a very quiet and safe location. The furniture is of a very high standard and kept so clean. Everything you needed was explained in the booklet or you could phone Sue the owner who is so very helpful. The pool is a very good size, it\'s just lovely lazing by the pool on a lovely sun terrace, perfect for families and just as lovely for two as it was for us. There are pool toys for the children and plenty of games in the villa for all the family, a truly wonderful villa for all. |

My husband and I have just returned from a weeks stay at this lovely apartment.The apartment is spacious and well equipped. Sue the owner was very quick to respond to any queries and also very helpful.The pool and surrounding gardens are very well cared for.We would definately return to this apartment.
I would just say to anyone who has mobility issues that there is quite a steep hill from the beach but the train station to Fuengirola or surrounding resorts is very near to the apartment and the service is very frequent and inexpensive(€3.60) return to Fuengirola. All in all a lovely experience. |

First Class apartment. The grounds and facilities were great. The swimming pool being open to 10pm was appreciated. Very secure gated complex which was kept in a great order
