This two storey villa has been lovingly decorated and furnished by its owners. Much of the furniture has been shipped over from Thailand and it really is quite beautiful. The open plan living and dining room has a large, comfortable corner sofa and a lovely solid wood dining table with seating for 6. There is also a log burner if it ever gets cool enough for you to need to use it! The living room is air conditioned for those hot summer months. There is access onto the terrace from the living room. The 65" TV has 100 English Channels for you to watch and the Villa has Wi-Fi.
The kitchen is well equipped and it has a breakfast table with seating for 4 as well as breakfast bar seating for two. All appliances are fitted and a washing machine is housed in the separate utility room.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, all of which have air conditioning to keep you nice and cool; there are 2 double rooms and a twin room. Two of the bedrooms have TVs and they all have plenty of wardrobe space. These rooms share a large family bathroom with bath, shower, WC and bidet. There is also a separate guest WC on this level.
On the first floor you’ll find the impressive master bedroom with 43 inch smart TV, en-suite bathroom with spa bath, air conditioning and huge king size bed and lots of storage space.
On the lower ground floor of the villa there is an enormous gym and games room with cardio and weights equipment, a pool table, table tennis and electronic darts board. There is also a shower room down here you can use after your workout. The wine cellar can be found down here too (wine not supplied unfortunately!)
The covered dining terrace outside the villa is huge. There is a gothic style wooden dining table to seat 12 and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Steps take you down to the lawned garden and private 10x5m pool that is easily accessed via Roman steps. There is plenty of sunshine or shade and the garden is very private. Villa Eirina is a wonderful, top quality three bedroom three bathroom holiday home that provides the perfect Villa Holiday experience. Villa Eirina has been furnished to a superb standard where your every comfort has been considered. The villa has been well designed and offers plenty of living space whilst the fully air conditioned bedrooms are well presented and make you feel instantly at home. The grounds are terraced and very private and boast a very large pool with Roman steps. There is a fabulous covered terrace area that is ideal for outside dining. There is also plenty of space to enjoy the fabulous climate from your sun lounger.
This quality holiday home has been built to the highest specifications and will ensure you have a fantastic sunshine holiday that you can share with family and friends.
All the windows are triple glazed and have electronically operated blinds. The main gate is automatic and the Villa has a Video Porter.
There are 3 bedrooms, one of which is downstairs and has twin beds with en-suite bathroom. The other two bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed and French windows that lead straight out onto a private terrace, there is a dressing area and en-suite. Great care and attention has gone into the presentation of the villa. The staircase and flooring throughout the villa is made of marble. The formal dining room leads into a beautiful kitchen that has all the required modern conveniences. The beams and down lighting finish off the attractive design. The sitting room, with marble fireplace, leads onto the covered terrace that over looks the mosaic pool. There is fibre optic wi-fi at the villa so you can show everone back home all the pictures of your fabulous villa.
The private grounds are terraced and wonderfully presented. The large private pool can be lit at night, which gives a very welcoming effect for some night time swimming. There are also Roman steps to make access into the pool easy. The brick built BBQ is perfect for cooking al fresco where the food can be served on the covered terrace with its comfortable dining table and chairs. There is a handy pool shower and of course plenty of sun beds to stretch out on and enoy the Costa del Sol's fabulous climate.18 reviews

We had a fabulous holiday at Villa Londrina. The villa, over three floors was very spacious and suited our family with teenagers.
The very large pool was great with a very private and pleasant garden. The terrace was also lovely.

The villa was beautifully presented, immaculately clean and well equipped. All appliances were new and functional. A small supermarket was 5 minutes walk, with a larger shopping mall only 15 minutes walk away. Fuengirola and Mijas are a short taxi ride, so you do not need a car. The owner, Sue was very friendly and helpful. |

The villa is within a 5 minute walk of a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket which was well stocked and perfect for our stay. Special thanks to Villa owner Sue who was really helpful and friendly before our arrival and also throughout our stay. She was on hand to answer any questions or queries about the villa and advice on places to visit in the local area. We would highly recommended a holiday at the Villa Londriña! |

The gardens are immaculate and larger than the photos suggest. The real draw is the swimming pool which is very large in comparison to other places we have stayed. We had planned a number of days out but the children preferred to spend the day at the pool. A huge thank you to Sue for being so hospitable and if we were to ever return to this area then we would certainly stay here again.

Locations was fine a bit of a walk from the main town but had plenty of amenities nearby, two lovely restaurants. We didn’t have a car and got around fine with walking, local bus and taxis. Sue came to see us when we arrived gave us all the information we needed and was contactable anytime we needed anything. We would definately recommend this villa to families wanting a nice relaxing holiday.
