Although the villa was very comfortable and a good price, it is looking quite tired and in need of updating. It hasn't really changed since we stayed here last time. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay, but we would upgrade next time we visit Florida.

Absolutely brilliant rental from the ease at we were able to complete our booking, the villa itself had everything needed to make the stay pleasurable, we flew into Melbourne, Florida got onto US 192 close to the airport and followed it to within half a mile from the villa the location is perfect for visiting the park’s, Disney is about a 10min drive, we’ve been going to Florida for about 25yrs and the location of this villa is probably the best we’ve had, wish I’d found it sooner, this will be our first choice when we go back

We enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee, beautiful house, it was very clean and spacious. We loved the location, close to shops and restaurants. The sun lounger needs to be renewed and the hose by the swimming pool was leaking.

This is our second visit to FL004 in the last 12 months. The villa is in a perfect location and it was great to enjoy all the facitlities on offer with the new club-house and pool. Security i feel was quite poor this year, the gatehouse was open mornsee more
This is our second visit to FL004 in the last 12 months. The villa is in a perfect location and it was great to enjoy all the facitlities on offer with the new club-house and pool. Security i feel was quite poor this year, the gatehouse was open morning to late evening most days and also the club-house and pool was attracting non- residents who were drinking into the small hours. Great service from Dave the management company for a minor issue with AC and tumble drier. We were able to use the next door villa on the last day as our tumble drier had broken down, it appeared much fresher and carpets and furniture were in better condition. ( I believe the same owners) It looks like guests are wearing sun cream on the white leather and its all stained and carpets are the same. The games room air-hockey needs repalces its broken and the pool cues need replaced. Overall another great holiday and the small glitches wouldnt put us off returning again.

The property was amazing plenty room for a family of 4. The only problem that let it down was there was major road works getting done right outside the house they started before 8am every morning and they were piling concrete it was so loud and the vsee more

These works should have been passed to us as it wasn't a pleasant experience you are on holiday to relax and have peace and quiet and it was not that.

The Villa was fantastic. It had everything we needed whilst we were there. It was very close to all of the major attractions, and it was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family. I will definitely try to hire see more

Service rating : Nice and easy to deal with and the villa itself was even better than the photos. We had a problem with flights and had our whole trip put back a day but they were flexible rearranging our accommodation.
