The villa is superbly presented and provides an ideal surrounding for that perfect holiday. Relax in the well furnished livings areas, get a good nights sleep in the private comfortable bedrooms and soak up the sun by your private pool. It occupies one of the best spots on this fantastic resort.
Choose from a huge variety of activities on your doorstep including Lakeside beach volleyball and visit the Florida of the 1800’s in the adjoining Shingle Creek Reserve, explore miles of Nature Trails, try your hand at kayaking or simply relax with a book on the pavilion in the midst of the beautiful orange groves. The villa is also superbly situated for all that the fantastic area of Kissimmee has to offer.

For those evenings when you prefer a formal meal the large dining table with 8 chairs is ideal for everyone to gather round and share their stories and adventures of the day.
Kitchen and Breakfast Area
Complete with modern appliances and utensils, including fridge/freezer with ice making machine, toaster, coffee machine, cooker and microwave. There is a lovely breakfast area that can seat 8, from here you can enjoy your breakfast whilst looking out to the pool area and begin a great start to each day

Relax in the modern informal sitting room overlooking the large pool, with comfortable seating. The area is ideal for chatting whilst watching the 50” 3D Full HD LCD TV. With stunning high ceilings, the family room is the heart of this beautiful villa. A ceiling fan has been fitted in this room to add extra air to this room when air conditioning is not necessary.
Master Bedroom 1 with En-suite
Located off the family room this grand master bedroom has a King size bed with LCD TV, a huge walk in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and double washbasin. The shower has been fitted with non-slip tiles; ideal for disabled guests. The room has also been fitted with a ceiling fan if you do not want to use the air conditioning and doors lead right out to the pool terrace.

This was our fifth stay in this gated neighborhood (our second visit since September) but our first stay in this house. We loved it! Everything was perfect. The security system offered an added comfort. The extra large pool was amazing ... and thesee more
This was our fifth stay in this gated neighborhood (our second visit since September) but our first stay in this house. We loved it! Everything was perfect. The security system offered an added comfort. The extra large pool was amazing ... and the view of the lake was breathtaking. The managing company called and checked on us, and came by to make sure that the pool was heated to our comfort level. We have never been contacted before and that was a delightful touch. The house was beautifully decorated with a brand new TV as well as an Xbox. The mattress in the master bedroom was comfortable. The house was equipped and supplied with everything we could possibly need including a few unexpected bonuses ... bikes, pool toys, gas grill and personal supplies. The master bedroom and the living room both had ceiling fans...which is a big deal when you're in Florida!
This is one house we would definitely stay in again. A five star stay! |
