The villa met all of our needs. It was spacious, well equipped and a good distance to parks, restaurants, shops etc. we stayed as a family of 4 and everyone loved it, my teenagers especially loved the games room in the garage!

I’ve given it 9 stars instead of 10 as there are a few things that could be improved: the lock on one of the back gates to the pool area was broken, so the gate kept slamming open and closed, the furniture by the pool was old and worn and needs replacing, the pool didn’t seem to be filtering properly as it wasn’t as clean as I’d have expected so we used the communal poor more, although we were given the wrong code for the gym/pool area so couldn’t use those for the first 4 days until we got given the new code. All fairly minor things and there were far more positives about the villa. |

Lovely home in a great location. Having visited Florida for 20 years we know the area well and this is one of the best we have stayed in. Only 15 minutes to Disney and 25 minutes Universal even in the busy August traffic.

Safe locked open, pool guard damaged, pool light switch broken and cooker knob missing. These were advised to the management company.

Our one complaint was a lady knew the code to our villa & let herself in whilst we were there, she was very apologetic but we were not happy! This will be a memory our family will always hold dear. This home kept us close to Disney World and all attractions, but most of all it kept us close as a family. My children enjoyed it and we as parents absolutely did. Everyone had more than enough see more

My children enjoyed it and we as parents absolutely did. Everyone had more than enough space. The home was perfect and cleaned when we got there. I RECOMMEND THE WELCOME PACKAGE, going to the store as soon as you arrive isn't always possible. They really take the time to think about your family. The neighborhood is secure and peaceful. The warm pool was nice as well. I am starting my next vacation fund and this will be my go to for housing. I am actually passing the information onto friends now.

Lovely house in quiet area. Ideal for access to Disney on the 192 or Universal 192/I4. Well maintained but could do with leaving a scrubbing brush and washing up liquid for the dishes! Pool table and Air Hockey tables in the garage in good shape. Poosee more
Lovely house in quiet area. Ideal for access to Disney on the 192 or Universal 192/I4. Well maintained but could do with leaving a scrubbing brush and washing up liquid for the dishes! Pool table and Air Hockey tables in the garage in good shape. Pool was clean and usable.

It's close to Disney, Universal and I-Drive and has plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The villa was spotless and had everything we needed and more. The games room was great and even though we didn't get the pool heated, it was always warm at night - perfect after busy days at the parks! The WiFi was super quick, much better than ours at home, and Netflix was a bonus. Veranda Palms is lovely, the villa is opposite a small lake, we spotted a tiny baby alligator in there on the first day which was cool! We had no problems while staying here, the only thing I can think of was when we first arrived the carpets were soaking (obviously can't be helped with a quick cleaning turn around) but it made the kitchen/tiled areas very slippy for the first couple of days. No issues after that though! Would definitely stay again and will be recommending to everyone! Thank you!

We had a couple of initial problems that they quickly sorted i.e the instruction sheet re the safe box was missing & the bathroom plunger was broken. I would use this company again.Product : We only had a brief stay & the villa had everything our family of 6 could ask for. Our teenagers particularly enjoyed the games room. My only criticism would be lack of any privacy around the pool area as it was overlooked.
